BEET SlAW
ingredients
1 medium beet
1 large carrot
A few grinds of sea salt or a pinch salt to taste
Few grinds freshly ground black pepper or pinch black pepper to taste
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
bit mustard
directions
Peel carrot and beet
Shred carrot and beet
Mix in bowl with rest of ingredients
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
