Aunt Linda's Cheesecake
Crust
1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
optional: 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts
Combine, reserve 3 tbsp for top.
Press into bottom and side of 9" spring pan
Filling ingredients
3 eggs
2 8oz. packages cream cheese
1 cup suger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp.almond extract
3 cup sour cream (one and one half pint)
2 teaspoons vanilla
directions
Beat till smooth.
Blend in sour cream.
Sprinkle with unused crumbs
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake at 375
o
F for at least 40 minutes or until cheesecake is set.
Refrigerate until chilled,
