3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine (2 sticks) or one cup virgin coconut oil
2 eggs
1 cup cake meal
1/4 cup potato starch
1 tsp Passover baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
1 package chocolate chips (10-12 oz.)
directions
Cream sugars with margarine or coconut oil
Add egg and vanilla
Add rest of ingredients except chocolate chips
Add chocolate chips
Roll and flatten cookies.
Bake @2500 for 30 to 40 minutes or until
browned or for a crisper cookie bake @3500 for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
