Sysco Reliance Clear Soybean Frying Shortening (35 lb) and Sysco Classic Clear Canola Frying Shortening, Sysco Corp. have a mistaken OUP symbol:
Product is certified as OU, not kosher for Passover. The product mistakenly bears an OU-P symbol and is not certified for Passover. Please note this is a food service item and corrective action is being taken.

Please be advised that Effective immediately, all Red Arrow smoke products (Manitowoc, WI 54221) currently certified for Passover will no longer be certified for Passover, and will bear the plain OK kosher symbol. Deb El Pasteurized Liguid Egg Whites containing Triethyl Citrate is mislabeled "OU-P" on the outside box. Individual cartons bear only an "OU". Deb El Pasteurized Liquid Egg Whites without Triethyl Citrate are acceptable for Passover. Check the ingredients.
