March 26, 2022 from the KAJ:
Some large manufacturing plants don’t want to allocate space for storing lids for the juice cups, nor be busy with the graphics, when it’s only used for a once-a-year production. Consequently, there’s no choice but to use the year-round lids and Jet-Print on the lids that the product is KFP (kosher for Passover) and that “no HFCS” (high fructose corn syrup, which is listed in the ingredients) was used in the production of this run.
The product shows its Pesach status only in the ink-jet printing and that’s where it’s also printed that it does not contain any HFCS, thus, there should be no misunderstanding. As always, a Mashgiach Temidi is present during the entire time of the production to make sure that no non-Pesach ingredients are used and that it's indeed a Kosher for Passover product L'Mehadrin.
