Eggs: One can buy eggs during Passover this year.
Not buying eggs is a minhag in case the chicken ate chometz. Most American chickens eat corn
Hand Sanitizer: Usually say can use if not containing alcohol.
For 2020: One can use all hand sanitizers this year, most of the alcohol producted from corn. One should purchase before Pesach. For Pikuach nefesh, if one needs it and cannot find it before Pesach, one can purchase it on Pesach. Sanitizers are not edible.
