The following kashrus information is from the OK in response to the editor's question on July 9, 2015.
Morningstar Farms Corn dogs are certified by the OK as kosher, dairy, not cholov Yisroel since April 2015. The consumer must check each label for OK-D symbol as some old stock is still on the market that was not certified.
