"Consumers: There is no need to worry about any retail Chodosh flour or products yet until at least mid-August. Another update will be posted in the second week of August. Even though the grain harvests have started, no Chodosh retail products have been produced yet. If you wish to stock up on Yoshon items, there will still be time to do so after our next update.
"(If you are going away for the summer and wish to stock up now anyway, keep in mind that all dry items need to be stored properly (cool, dry areas, away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat) to avoid infestation issues.)"
