"We do not certify the brand. This is/was an unauthorized use of our symbol. Further,the likelihood of it being a current picture of the item is slim as at the time of the unauthorized use in 2019 they confirmed it was a limited supply and the company had to destroy any labels they had and were fined by the NJ Dept of Agriculture Kosher Division. We will once again be reaching out to the NJ Dept of Agriculture Kosher Division to perform a follow up inspection to confirm there is no continued unauthorized use of the kosher symbol or violation of federal trademark laws."
