The New Ben & Jerry's Nondairy Almond Milk Frozen Dessert is Kof-K DE

February 4, 2016: The Kof-K has informed me that the new Ben & Jerry's nondairy almond milk flavors are certified under the KOF-K as DE (Dairy Equipment). Although the product is 100% milk-free and free of dairy allergens, since the product will be produced on shared equipment with other dairy products the flavors will retain the dairy status of the equipment it is being manufactured on.

Ben and Jerry's has announced that they will be making a vegan, non-dairy ice cream. The product is scheduled to be certified Kof-K DE.
