The following kashrus alert is from the the Diamond K on January 30, 2014.
"It has come to our attention that Effy's Café is listing two of its New York City locations as being certified Kosher under Diamond-K Kosher Supervision. These restaurants which are open seven days a week , are NOT under our certification. Corrective action has been taken."
