The following kashrus advisory is from the OU on December 4, 2009.


Godiva Liqueur Original/Godiva Chocolate Liqueur: Old bottles of Godiva Liqueur AKA Godiva Liqueur Original are kosher and pareve, even without the OU symbol. The new product, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, bears an OU-D.
Ed. note: In the new product the dairy kosher symbol is on the bottle and not on the box that the bottle comes in.

The following kashrus advisory is from the OU on November 25, 2009.
Godiva Chocolate Liqueur: Godiva has discontinued the pareve Godiva Liqueur AKA Godiva Liqueur Original. The new product, Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, bears an OU-D. The old product still in circulation remains pareve. Consumers are advised to check the label names very carefully.
Godiva Caramel Liqueur, Mocha Liqueur, and White Chocolate Liqueur are certified Kosher and Dairy.
