The following fire hazard alert is from thisisbabylon.net and in converation with Ahron's Judaica on December 20, 2006.

Ready to Use Chanukah Oil Candles as distributed by Ahron's Judaica are assumed to be jelled extra virgin olive oil encased in 44 glass cases. The item number on the package is #OCCL-25/44. In actuality the cases are made of plastic. After a few minutes of use, they begin to melt, liquifying into a ball of fire after an extended period of time.
Note: This product comes in a cardboard package. The plastic cups are bendable. Consumers can bring the product back to the store for a refund or exchange. SINCE THEY CAN CATCH FIRE, THEY SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED.
